Overview Reading / Newcomer Orientation Reading

An Overview Reading gives you the essentials needed to kick start your Human Design experience allowing you to focus on living your Human Design experiment rather than trying to understand how to interpret your Bodygraph by yourself.

A personal reading will give you an individual interpretation of the foundations of your Bodygraph. I will also share relevant information from my personal experience as a committed practitioner of the system to help guide you into an effortless transition to a more fulfilling and loving life.

I give you the foundations of your individual strategy and authority. I will talk about your specific type and what it means to have your kind of aura. I will talk about your openness and your definition. Your true-self and your not-self. You will learn everything you need to be able to trust the process of taking those first few steps into your experiment.

The reading will be delivered as a video so that you can watch it whenever it suits you and so that you will be able pause and also to rewatch whenever you feel the need.

Included for free in the reading as an after care, is the possibility to ask me any questions that might arise after you have watched the reading to clear out those question marks that might have surfaced.

Coaching session with Patrik

Human Design is a great gift and tool as it gives you an objective blueprint of who you are mechanically and also shows you how the not-self part of you, the part that creates friction in your life, is structured.

The body/mind and the conditioning thereof takes time and dedication to decondition, but the rewards are endless!

We start by focusing on your strategy and inner authority aided by your unique bodygraph and if you are open to a more long-term coaching program, we will dwell deeper into your not-self and your wisdom potential together with every day life stuff that comes up. Deconditioning takes time and it can be beneficial to revisit different topics as your deconditioning journey unfolds.

Feel free to ask any questions related to the above or if you want to clarify anything about your own needs you just do it and I will listen.

One session is 60-90 minutes and is individually determined on what is needed in every unique session.

Coaching only gets better over time so I offer a discount when you book five sessions at once. This enables us to go deeper into your unique life experience.

We will start by focusing on the strategy and authority parts of your bodygraph and since you are open to a more long-term coaching we will dwell deeper into your not-self and your wisdom potential together with every day life challenges and questions that comes up. Deconditioning takes time and it can be beneficial to revisit different topics as your deconditioning journey unfolds.
